S.E.C.R.E.T.

Project Director - 2015

S.E.C.R.E.T. is an alternate-reality interactive scavenger hunt at the Children's Museum of Houston. Guests to the museum ages 8+ are recruited into the Special Elite Crime Resolution and Espionage Team (S.E.C.R.E.T.), a secret agency whose mission is to protect a vein of mysterious Crystals deep underground. Agents go on missions to thwart the Ridiculously Intelligent Villainous Agent's League (R.I.V.A.L.) in their plots to steal the Crystals.

Each agent is assigned a Wrist Codex that tracks their progress and also acts as a hacking device, allowing Agents access into R.I.V.A.L. technology. Each mission also includes a case file and gadget, used to guide the agent through their mission and unlock hidden interactive elements. Missions are typically an hour long and include a wide range of highly tactile events, including puzzle solving and decryption, finding Field Support Agents for top secret message retrieval, configuring supercomputers, and interacting with S.E.C.R.E.T. devices hidden in plain sight all around the museum.

S.E.C.R.E.T. opened in November 2015 at the Children's Museum of Houston.
